Frequently asked questions
Common questions about FisProxy sign-in, acceleration, billing, AutoNFA, and account use.
Are you using FisProxy for the first time, or do you need a quick answer about a function? This page collects the most common questions. View currently available services, target servers, entrance addresses, prices, and stock in the User Center.
Must I use the bot?
No. The User Center can sign you in, redeem codes, start a service, change IP, stop a service, and query records. You can also use the bot if you prefer chat commands. Choose either method. See Bot commands.
Why do I not enter a QQ number for QQ sign-in?
After you select QQ code sign-in, the page generates a one-time code. Send the complete command to the bot. The system identifies the sender directly, so you do not enter a QQ number on the page.
If the code expires, generate it again on the page. Do not forward it to anyone.
What is the difference between a password and a passkey?
Use a password with a username or email address. A passkey is an extra sign-in method that you add manually on the Account page. The account still needs a password. The live page shows whether new users can register on the web.
Why can I not see a service or target server?
The User Center shows available items based on the current service state and your account. Some services limit targets, while others support a custom address. An entrance returns automatically after maintenance. Refresh the page to view current choices.
What are subscriptions, Service Point, and NFA Coin for?
Subscription: Use acceleration services covered by a subscription while it is valid.Service Point: Pay-as-you-go balance, deducted by the service multiplier and your usage time.NFA Coin: Use platform AutoNFA when it requires NFA Coin.
The three balances have different purposes. See Subscriptions, pay-as-you-go, and NFA Coin.
Should I choose a subscription or pay-as-you-go?
If you play sometimes, or play only briefly, pay-as-you-go is more flexible. If you play almost every day, or often stay online for a long time, a subscription usually fits better. Before you buy a subscription, confirm that it covers the services you use. Consider the service multiplier and your play frequency.
You do not select a billing method when you start. An eligible subscription is used first. Service Point is used only when no eligible subscription exists.
Why can I not connect immediately after a successful start?
Starting and IP changes need some time to prepare the route. After the page shows the running state and entrance addresses, copy an entrance address and connect. Wait during processing. Do not select the button repeatedly.
Can I share my entrance address with a friend?
No. Your entrance address is for you only. Screenshots, recordings, live streams, and logs can also expose it. If it leaks, stop acceleration immediately and tell support. See Usage rules.
Are the latency and stability below an entrance a recommendation?
They show recent route performance from the FisProxy entrance to the target server. Use them to compare entrances. They are not an automatic recommendation, and not the complete latency between your computer and the server. Some entrances can show the same data. No data does not mean that an entrance is unavailable.
Does everyone get one free AutoNFA?
Each user has one free platform AutoNFA trial. It is used only when you first successfully use a new platform NFA. Incomplete preparation does not use the trial. You can also reuse a previous NFA that is not banned and remains available; that session does not deduct NFA Coin or use the free trial. An account merge does not give another trial.
The Acceleration page is the source of truth for stock, prices, and AutoNFA support.
Can Minecraft versions earlier than 1.20 use AutoNFA?
Yes. But a client earlier than 1.20 must first sign in to any purchased Minecraft account that you own in the launcher. Version 1.20 or later does not need this.
Does an AutoNFA disconnection always give a refund?
If the platform NFA itself cannot be used and meets the refund rules, NFA Coin returns automatically. Ordinary network instability and server penalties caused by player behavior do not give an automatic refund.
Does billing stop immediately after I go offline?
After a short disconnection, acceleration continues so that you can reconnect directly. You receive a reminder after about 10 minutes offline. The service stops automatically only after about 20 minutes. Billing can continue during this wait, so stop the service yourself when you no longer need it. If you never join the game after starting, the service stops after about 35 minutes.
What if my NFA Coin top-up does not arrive?
First open the recent orders list on the Account page and use the self-service check to refresh the status. If the balance still does not arrive, submit the order number, payment time, and payment proof in My Tickets in the User Center. We will continue to help.
Where do I report a problem?
First check Troubleshooting. If you still need help, submit a ticket in My Tickets in the User Center with the template: the time, your ISP, a problem description, the complete error or reproduction steps, your MC ID, your FisProxy username or bound QQ, the client and version, the entrance address, and whether AutoNFA was enabled, plus what you already tried. You can also create a private ticket in the KOOK channel from Contact us. Do not submit passwords, tokens, cookies, or NFA credentials.
