DOCS / Questions and support
Safe use
Usage rules that protect your FisProxy account, redeem codes, and entrance addresses.
Use FisProxy with confidence.
Protect your account and connection information. This keeps your own service safe and keeps the routes stable for every user. Read these rules before you start.
Do not use a redeem code that is not yours
Use only redeem codes that you obtained through official channels. Do not redeem or spread codes from unknown sources, and do not try to use another person's code. Violations can revoke the redemption, restrict account functions, or ban the account.
If a code you bought was already used by someone else, contact support quickly and prepare:
- The order number or purchase record.
- The purchase channel and approximate time.
- The page error and the time it occurred.
- Other information that proves ownership.
Submit a ticket in My Tickets in the User Center, or create a private KOOK ticket, and submit the order and payment material without changes. Do not send this information in a public group. Do not submit the complete redeem code in any channel.
Do not leak your entrance address
Each entrance address shown for a session is for you only. Do not share it with anyone, and do not post it in group chats, forums, social platforms, or public live streams.
Common accidental leaks include:
- A screenshot or recording that does not hide the address.
- A client server list sent directly to a group chat.
- A complete entrance address shown in logs, live streams, or tutorials.
- Letting another person use your entrance address.
A leak can affect route safety. It can stop your acceleration, restrict your access, or ban the account. If a leak happens, first stop the current acceleration, then tell us the time and the scope.
Do not share account or security information
Passwords, sign-in codes, complete redeem codes, passkey prompts, and AutoNFA account information belong only to you. Official support does not ask for them in any channel.
If you suspect that someone else used your account: change the password, check bindings and sign-in methods, and stop unusual acceleration sessions.
Do not attack or evade limits
Use FisProxy fairly and normally. Attacks, bulk abuse, evasion of usage limits, ban evasion, and behavior that affects other users lead to restricted functions or further action.
Server penalties and AutoNFA
AutoNFA makes connections easier, but you must still obey the rules of the target server. Bans, restrictions, or asset losses caused by player behavior do not qualify for an automatic refund. When a platform NFA itself cannot be used and meets the rules, the system handles it under the current policy.
Appeals and mistakes
If you think a decision is wrong, submit a ticket in My Tickets in the User Center, or create a private KOOK ticket from Contact us. Submit your FisProxy account, the time, related orders, acceleration records, and screenshots without changes. Continue in the same ticket when you add information. This helps us understand the full situation faster.
